His service has been exemplary, and an inspiration for those that follow after him. I am personally grateful to the Chief for the time and effort he has put in with us an organisation, working to build stronger community ties, amplifying the values that bring us together. Mr Pugsley has always been incredibly supportive and vocal about the work we do here in Kent and his absence will be felt. However, we wish him all the best in his new role and are confident in the legacy he leaves behind at Kent Police.”
